Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will soon open two new locations in the Hampton Roads area. Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer announced on November 16 that the national fast-food chain officially leased spaces in Williamsburg as well as on the Southside in Chesapeake.
In Chesapeake, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers recently leased a retail space at 721 Battlefield Blvd., a 1.1 acre site that will be demolished and redeveloped.
As previously reported, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will also open a restaurant in Williamsburg. The company leased 4,216 square feet of retail space at 1611 Richmond Rd., the site of the former Pizza Hut. This location will be the fourth Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Hampton Roads. Freddy’s has a restaurant in Suffolk and another will open soon in Virginia Beach.
