These cookies are the perfect way to blend creativity into a delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- Vanilla and chocolate custard (you can pick up a pint or quart from your local Freddy’s!)
- Your favorite cookies
- Sprinkles, chocolate chips, chocolate sauce… any of your favorite toppings!
Takes 15 min,
serves 15.
Instructions
- Set frozen custard out to thaw for 10-15 minutes before scooping.
- Scoop frozen custard onto cookies and add toppings.
- Top with a second cookie and press down slowly to compete the sandwich.
- Freeze cookies for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
