What is a steakburger?
Every Freddy’s steakburger starts with premium, lean 100% ground beef with no additives or fillers. Our Team Members press the patties thin to create deliciously crispy edges and a juicy middle. Your Freddy’s steakburger is always cooked-to-order so it’s steaming hot! The patties are seasoned with Freddy’s Famous Steakburger & Fry Seasoning® and placed on a perfectly toasted bun along with your favorite toppings. Then your steakburger is ready to be served with Freddy’s crispy shoestring fries or any of your favorite Freddy’s sides!
What is frozen custard?
Freddy’s frozen custard is a premium dessert that contains richer ingredients than ice cream. Our custard has more eggs and a minimum of 10% butter fat. It’s churned in a special machine that reduces air bubbles and ice crystals, creating a texture denser than that of traditional ice cream or soft serve. The result is a rich and creamy treat for everyone to enjoy!
We serve our custard treats with vanilla, chocolate or half and half custard. You can order any of our five signature creations, or build your own by mixing our 32 toppings any way you’d like!
Any mix of custard and toppings can be made into a sundae or a concrete. It all depends on how you’d like it served! Sundaes come in a dish and have custard on the bottom with toppings piled on top. Concretes come in cups and are blended, mixing your toppings into your custard. Both options are super delicious; it really all depends on how you like your toppings! We also offer custard in cake cones, waffle cones, shakes and malts.
How fast is the typical service time?
At Freddy’s, we strive to have your food orders ready in seven minutes or less, and your custard scooped in less than five. We never start cooking before you order, and as Freddy says: “Hot and fresh is always worth the wait.”
What is Freddy’s Famous Fry Sauce®?
Freddy’s Famous Fry Sauce® offers a tangy twist on traditional ketchup. This special dipping sauce was originally introduced to be paired with our crispy shoestring fries, but our Guests love it so much that they also enjoy it with burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders and other food in our restaurants! With the sauce’s popularity came requests for a spicy version, so we now serve Freddy’s Famous Jalapeno Fry Sauce® with an extra kick.
