WICHITA, Kan. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® is honoring its late co-founder, namesake and decorated World War II veteran, Freddy Simon, with 95-cent frozen custard cones and dishes. This special offer begins Wednesday, Feb. 17, and is available through Wednesday, Feb. 24.
