Freddy’s opens second area location in East Dothan on Tuesday

EAST DOTHAN, Ala. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opens Tuesday, May 19, at 1165 Ross Clark Cir. The new restaurant marks a second Dothan-area location for Freddy’s, following the location in West Dothan that opened last September. Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean 100 percent ground beef, all-beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.

“Our location in West Dothan has become a local go-to for a quick bite to eat and serves as a great place for friends and family to meet up, relax, and enjoy a quality meal together,” said Bryan Applefield, franchise owner. “We felt this was the right time to expand, and we’re looking forward to serving East Dothan. As we expand, our focus will always remain on premium quality menu items and genuine hospitality.”

The 3,067 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 78 guests, has additional seating on the patio and offers drive-thru service. Mobile ordering through the Freddy’s app and website will also be available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
