Freddy’s seventh Las Vegas location opens Wednesday

October 29, 2025

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opens Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 6545 N.5th St. The new opening marks a seventh location for Freddy’s in the Las Vegas area. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Vegas Chamber is planned for Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 10 a.m. Non-profit group, Project 150, will receive 10 percent of all regular and large-sized frozen custard treat sales through Nov. 30.

“We’ve enjoyed getting to know the community through our area locations and look forward to expanding in Northern Las Vegas and giving residents another convenient location to visit,” said Jason Ingermanson, franchise owner. “Our newest restaurant will uphold the traditional Freddy’s dining experience as we continue to provide fast, friendly service with genuine hospitality and delicious cooked-to-order food to all of our guests.”

The 2,880 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 88 guests, has additional seating on the patio and offers drive-thru service. Mobile ordering through the Freddy’s app and website is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Project 150

Project 150 was founded in December 2011 after a local news report revealed that 150 homeless students were attending Rancho High School—part of the more than 7,500 homeless teenagers in the Las Vegas Valley. What began as a holiday effort to provide support for 17 families quickly grew into a year-round nonprofit dedicated to serving homeless high school students across Clark County. Our mission is to offer free support and services to homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students in the Southern Nevada area so they can remain in school and graduate.
